David M. Frye is an Oblate with the Lincoln, Neb., chapter of the Benedictine Oblates associated with the Sacred Heart Monastery, Yankton, S.D. Through his freelance business, WideSky.biz, he creates images through landscape photography, Web design and business communications. He recently served as the interim pastor of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Beatrice, Neb. He is also a friend of St. Mark's-on-the-Campus Episcopal Church, Lincoln, Neb. He has mentored gifted students in the local public schools and performs evaluative edits of book manuscripts for a publisher of religious books.
